About Two Sides

About two sides of the same coin
About one edge is where they join
Could it be they're but opposing view?
Could it be they need the other to be true?

In their core the very same
In perpetual battle shall remain
Is this so for all created things?
Is this the reason for paupers and kings?

Must we have evil to see good?
Or is this all misunderstood?
Does one from the other its power derives?
Or can neither live while the other survives?
