Dreaming Awake

Were all this a dream that I could awake
Would I choose to leave these lies?
Or rather would I choose the slumber
Keep the wool pulled over my eyes?

Now what is fiction and what is fact?
Can one perception outweigh another
A mere fantasy? An over stepping thought?
Forbearing reality left under cover
