Wearing his heart on
his sleeve takes more
than courage you must
believe

No longer are the eyes
the soul's gate now
that path is broad and
straight

No mask to hide or
shield to protect wounds
show and swiftly
collect

In his own strength
he'd surely fail but
by God's might he shall
prevail

Stand tall dear friend
lest hope be forgot brush
off evil, speak love and
fear not
