Voyage to the Frontier

I have arrived at the forefront
Before me lies a blank canvas
A deep gorge to be explored
Intricate mysteries to be uncovered
Only there is a blindfold over my eyes
The horizon is but a thought
Limited yet as wide as I dare it
Each step could take me over the edge
Each step I must trust will find me firm
Be courageous, drink deep the fresh air
Smell the adventure, the danger
Pick up the brush and begin
Bring forth newness, things unseen
Paint the future as I wish it be
